Shoshanna’s career in film as well as music, being in the first multi-racial female rap group, in 1989, showed great promise. Her life and career took a radical turn in 1990 after a tragic incident. Several more traumatic events derailed her career.

Inspired by the phrase, No Mud, No Lotus, Shoshanna viewed these traumatic incidents as the necessary manure that could fertilize and have her life flower again. She used creative expression as a healing tool to work through her trauma and to bring healing to others. After 30 years of steadfast dedication to healing, Shoshanna has reclaimed her health and well-being. It gives her great pleasure to share what she has created and learned to help others to honor their hearts and dreams! Shoshanna, the Lotus, has emerged from the depths of the mud to share the reflowering of her creativity and the beauty of her journey.
